Sarah Woodhouse is a warm, compassionate, and highly skilled psychologist with full registration through AHPRA and over five years of experience working with a variety of individuals in private practice. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Drawing from a broad range of evidence-based approaches, Sarah supports individuals across all areas of mental health, including depression, anxiety, neurodiversity and personality disorders with particular interest in women’s health, ADHD, and relationship challenges. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults, with a special interest in ADHD assessments, neurodiversity, personality disorders, and trauma-informed therapy. In addition to her clinical work, Sarah supervises provisional psychologists undertaking their internship pathway, drawing on her own experience in private practice to support professional growth and ethical, reflective practice.
Sarah has a Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from Deakin University, and dual qualifications in Education from La Trobe University. Her early background in teaching and special education deeply informs her inclusive and strengths-based therapeutic style. She is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPI).
