Dr. Rodrigo Teixeira is our trusted specialist in plastic surgery. He is trained and experienced in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery and has a special interest in facial aesthetics ranging from non-surgical to facelift surgery, rhinoplasty and aesthetic breast surgery. Dr Rodrigo is committed to caring for his patients and what he does for them. Dr Teixeira’s goal is to provide measured medical advice that is tailored to each person’s unique circumstances. He focuses on patient safety and aims for realistic and natural results that are long-lasting.
Dr Rodrigo is double certified in Brazil, where his journey began, and in Australia. Drawn by a passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery, he moved to Australia for further training in this field and completed fellowships in Aesthetic Surgery, Craniofacial and Cleft Surgery and Burns. Today, he proudly holds a fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and provides Cleft Lip and Palate care at the Royal Children’s Hospital of Melbourne.
His dedication and skills are also recognised by multiple reputable associations such as the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australian and International Societies of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is also a faculty member of the Mendelson Advanced Facial Anatomy Course (MAFAC) for deep plane facelift.
