Amy Goodwin is the dedicated owner of Whittlesea Health & Wellness and serves as the Head Remedial Massage Therapist and Myotherapist through Illuminate Remedial Massage & Myotherapy.
Passionate about supporting the health and well-being of her local Whittlesea community and surrounding areas, Amy takes a holistic, person-centred approach to care.
Having grown up deeply involved in sport, Amy developed a strong understanding of the importance of both specialised and allied health services in achieving optimal performance and recovery.
Amy graduated with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from RMIT in 2020 and went on to complete her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy through the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy & Myotherapy (MIMT). Since then, she has gained extensive clinical experience across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, including work with elite athletes from the Melbourne Storm NRL team and numerous local sporting clubs.
Amy is passionate about helping clients at all stages of life—from teenagers to older adults—improve movement, manage pain, and enhance overall wellness.
